I'm a student at Iowa State University, majoring in Integrated Studio Arts.

A little about me:

I work at the Virtual Reality Applications Center (VRAC) on the Iowa State campus. I started work there on a demo application which was a tropical island. Here is some press coverage on the C6, which is the room where the applications are projected. That's the island in the picture.

Now I do odd jobs around the lab for whoever needs something done. (Yes that means you, if you are one of those people.)

The highlight of my summer was being a part of FARMER SONG the Musical. I was honored to play fiddle as accompaniment. The show went to New York to be performed at the New York Fringe Festival in August. Congratulations to authors Joe Hynek and Angie Hynek.

To catch some of the songs from the musical be sure to see a performance from PUMPTOWN, the band where it all started.

I'm a fan of community theater. I especially love summer musicals. I've participated as a cast member in Mount Vernon Community Theater, and Ames community theater (ACTORS). One of my favorite roles was Snoopy in "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown", performed in Mt. Vernon, IA. I've also appeared recently in Ames, IA in "Bye Bye Birdie" and "Ruthless! the musical".
